Clinical Supervision

Sarah provides individual and group supervision to allied health professionals, supporting them in delivering reflective, relationship-centred care. She is passionate about translating neurodiversity-affirming principles into practical, real-world strategies, ensuring professionals feel confident, supported, and empowered in their work.

Sarah applies a systems-thinking approach, helping clinicians navigate policy landscapes, service structures, and interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance outcomes for neurodivergent individuals and their families. She integrates relational practice principles and strengths-based coaching, fostering professional growth through critical reflection, practical application, and shared learning.
